Aims and objectives
This unit examines the operations and professional role of an architect during the construction phase of building, including fees, client agreement, processes of design and documentation, procurement, and construction administration
1. Analyse the options for fee proposals and client agreement models.
2. Critically review the processes and professional roles of an architect in the delivery of services over a project and production of documentation.
3. Analyse the principles of professional contractual obligations.
4. Examine the processes of construction administration for the delivery of a building.
