Biography

Roger is a lecturer of  Law in the Faculty of Business and School of Law including Company Law, Environmental Law and Introduction to Law.  Before coming to Swinburne in 2007, Roger lectured in Teaching Methods for 10 years at the University of Melbourne and LaTrobe University. He has also a lecturer and tutor in the Law Faculty at the University of Melbourne, and was Legal Studies Coordinator at that University in the Institute of Education. Roger taught Legal Studies in Victorian secondary schools for 20 years, as well as Business Law at SwinburneTAFE evening classes. He was a curriculum study design writer for the VCE, Examiner and is an author of 6 Legal Studies text books. Roger is also interested in History including Legal History, and is the author of 2 History books. Since the establishment of the Law School in 2015 he has held the role of Moot Master and is a member of the publisher's advisory committee for the Journal of Legal History.
