How to apply

There’s no better moment to start your future than right now. Apply directly to us for postgraduate courses at any time.

Your application process will vary depending on your circumstances.

If you’re interested in a postgraduate program by coursework (and you’re a domestic student), then you’re in the right place! Follow our handy guide below to walk you through the process.

Ready? Let’s go.

1. Choose your course.

If you’ve come this far, it’s fair to say, you probably know what direction you’re headed. However, there may be a couple of course options you’re tossing up between and some extra guidance would really help.

Our course advisers are available year-round for one-on-one consultations. In these, we can discuss options and help clarify any details so you can make the choice that’s right for you. We can also assist with your application on the spot.

2. Understand and gather supporting documentation.

All applications require supporting documentation. This will include proof of your identity and citizenship and certified copies of previous academic results (translated to English if necessary).

You may also need to attach other documents specific to your course, such as:

Be sure to carefully read the course page for details.

If you’re seeking an exemption for previous study, you’ll need to submit evidence along with your application, such as transcripts and unit outlines. You’ll be assessed for credit before your offer is issued, so now’s the time to collate your material.

If, however, you’re seeking credit based on professional or other experience (also known as a Recognition of Prior Learning), you will need to apply for this after you’ve received an offer of study.

3. Apply.

Great. You’re ready to take the final step! Check the course page for closing dates, as some courses close earlier than others. Then head to our application form to complete your entire application online.

If you’ve followed the above steps, your application should only take about twenty minutes.

Best of luck!
