As an ASORC-registered Rehabilitation Counsellor with over 8 years of experience, she offers return-to-work services for employees with WorkCover claims. Cassandra regularly conducts mental health courses for diverse organisations. Cassandra is an accredited principal trainer for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), a globally recognised suicide prevention program. She also conducts various Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses, offering public and private sessions tailored to organisational needs.

Teresa Coffey
Teresa brings 9 years of experience as a facilitator speciliasing in mental health and injury management. workplace interventions. With over 18 years of corporate consulting experience in education, business, and health, Teresa has worked across various industries, including government, and is known for her subject matter expertise. She uses relevant workplace examples to deliver engaging and energetic training sessions. Teresa is a registered Rehabilitation Counsellor with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors and has hands-on experience dealing with treaters, employees with complex mental injuries, the employee's manager, and return-to-work coordinators. She regularly collaborates with organisations to identify opportunities for an evidence-based approach to improve culture, safety, early intervention, and employee wellness.
