Aviation and Aerospace Fundamentals is a series of short courses designed to offer you the foundational skills and knowledge you need before deciding which aviation career you’d like to pursue.

Designed by industry for industry, our Human Factors course will introduce you to foundational concepts related to human performance.

A greater understanding of human performance results in better informed employees, contributing to a safer and more positive workplace environment.

You'll learn practical skills in: identifying outcomes that can arise due to human limitations; effective, productive and efficient decision making; and simple analysis of the systemic cause(s) of human error.
