Stephen is an accredited practising dietitian, sport dietitian and lecturer in the Master of Dietetics at Swinburne University with a strong interest in the effects of nutrition on physical performance and body composition. Having completed his PhD investigating the impacts of intermittent fasting compared to traditional restrictive diets on lean body mass, he is currently involved in further research investigating physiological differences in the muscle response to these different diets.
