Biography
Paul Healy is Adjunct Research Fellow within the School of Social Sciences, Media, Film and Education. Paul's teaching and research interests are closely related. These include hermeneutics and phenomenology, rationality and epistemology, philosophical psychology, and social and political philosophy. Since publication of his Rationality, Hermeneutics and Dialogue (Ashgate, 2005), his research has focused primarily on exploring the implications of dialogical hermeneutics for the resolution of complex theoretical and practical problems in these areas. Prior to his appointment at Swinburne, Paul held lecturing positions in philosophy at the University of Western Australian and at University College Cork. His PhdD is from the Pennsylvania State University
