What about COVID-19?

Our team are monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely, and will not allow programs to run if it is not safe. At this stage, we are planning for travel to be safe by Summer 2020/2021, but will have various review points over the coming months. Ensuring your wellbeing and protecting you financially is our priority, so you can be comfortable applying for this program with the following measures in place:

  • First deposit payment (25% of program fee) is required to secure your spot if accepted by ArtBound Initiative
  • Remaining balance is due 30 days after receipt of initial deposit
  • If by 90 days prior to program start, it is deemed not safe to travel, participants can postpone 100% of their fees to another program date
  • If participants cannot postpone, a 75% refund will be provided
