Dr Chambers is known for his engaging delivery of a simple evidence-based message that will provide you with practical take-away tips you can apply immediately. Join this session to learn a method that could boost your focus, memory and self-awareness, and improve your wellbeing and relationships on placement.

About the facilitator: Dr Richard Chambers is an internationally acclaimed expert in mindfulness. He is the author of three books, numerous research articles in peer-reviewed journals and regularly features in mainstream TV, radio and print media. He helped to develop Smiling Mind, a free smartphone and web app with over 3 million downloads. Dr Chambers is a successful consulter to a number of businesses, educational institutions, sporting and community organisations around the world. He works with leading universities and schools around Australia, embedding mindfulness in curriculum, teaching and learning.
