In this fun, informal and informative nutrition session, Snehal Shah (Accredited Practicing Dietitian) will talk about how food connects to mood, and help identify simple positive changes you can make to your diet today.

Facilitated by: Snehal Shah (Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Wellbeing at Swinburne).
