Did you know that what you eat can influence your brain function, mood, and even help protect against some conditions such as depression?
In this fun, informal and informative nutrition session, Snehal Shah (Accredited Practicing Dietitian) will talk about how food connects to mood, and help identify simple positive changes you can make to your diet today.
