How to book space in the Multi Faith Facility Hawthorn

Follow these four steps to book use of a room at the Multi Faith Facility Hawthorn

1. Read Multi Faith Facility Protocols and Management Guidelines Document

You will need to be familiar with and agree to abide by this document to be able to use space in the Multi Faith Facility.

2. Complete the Multi Faith Facility Booking Form

Please note you are only able to book a semester at a time. Ensure you complete all sections of the booking. Bookings for Semester 2 2011 are now open.

3. Submit the form

This can be done online, by post, by email or in person. Details are on the form.

4. Notification

You will receive confirmation of your booking by email. Please allow two weeks notice for processing of your submission, from the closing date or the date the form is submitted (whichever is the latter).
