Professor Britt Klein |
|
Britt is the Director of the National eTherapy Centre at Swinburne University and the Director of the BPsyC eTherapy Research Unit in the Faculty of Life and Social Sciences. Britt develops and evaluates internet-based clinical assessment systems and singular and multi-disorder online treatment programs for anxiety, mood, and addictive/eating disorders; as well as physical and mental health preventative, wellbeing and suicide grief and loss support programs. Britt is the Co-Editor of the e-Journal of Applied Psychology (e-JAP), sits on a variety journal editorial boards and conference organising committees and also teaches and supervisors post-graduate students in the e-intervention field. David is a clinical psychologist and an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Life and Social Sciences at Swinburne University. David’s research work relates to investigations of cognitive models of anxiety disorders, psychometric evaluations of psychological assessments, and on the efficacy of internet-based treatments for mental health disorders. Mike is the chair of the Anxiety Online executive committee and is the chief investigator on a NHMRC grant evaluating OCD Stop!: An internet-based cognitive-behavioural treatment program for obsessive-compulsive disorder. Denny is the head of the statistics grouping in the Faculty of Life and Social Sciences at Swinburne University. Denny teaches and supervises postgraduate students in areas of applied statistics and she also teaches into the statistics component of the undergraduate psychology program. Dr Jo Abbott |
|
Jo is a registered psychologist and research fellow for the National eTherapy Centre and eTherapy Unit at Swinburne University. Jo has a doctorate in health psychology and has been the project manager on a number of internet-based research studies concerning enhancing resilience and wellbeing, and treating posttraumatic stress and tinnitus distress. Jo has been extensively involved in developing the NeTC's programs for anxiety treatment. | Jacqueline Baulch | |

Jacq is currently undertaking her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology at Swinburne University. She is examining the effectiveness of a therapist-assisted vs. fully automated online CBT treatment program for Bulimia Nervosa called Bulimia Online, which she co-developed. Jacq's DPsych research project is also investigating therapeutic alliance in an online environment and predictors of adherence/attrition of fully automated and therapist-assisted online programs. Jacq also works as a research assistant on the Beyond Blue trans-diagnostic project. Danielle Graber |

Danielle's previous research has been in psychopharmacology trials and her clinical masters project is comparing online treatment of social anxiety disorder with face-to-face versions. She has clinical experience in adolescent case management, telephone counselling and acute mental health and undergraduate degrees in medical science and psychology.
