Psychological health and well being refers to maintaining good mental health and experiencing life satisfaction. This involves reducing distress and negative emotions and increasing an individual's sense of belonging, their self-efficacy and meaning and purpose in life.

A number of factors impact upon psychological health and wellbeing including physical health, nutrition, sleep patterns, body image and relationships. The following tips have been provided by members of the Clinic's Executive Committee to help you care for psychological health.
