Linking to legislation in AustLII

AustLII contains Acts and case law for the states, territories and Commonwealth of Australia. You can link to a specific case, Act, or section of an Act.

Linking to an act

  1. Go to AustLII
  2. Search or browse to find the Act you want to link to.
  3. Copy the URL from the Internet Explorer Address window.

Linking to a section of an Act

  1. Go to AustLII
  2. Search or browse to find the Act, then find the section of the Act you want to link to.
