Industry-Based Learning

Industry-Based Learning (IBL) is a renowned placement program for Swinburne undergraduate students in which they are offered the opportunity to undertake a paid placement in industry, in an area relevant to their studies prior to the last year of their degree.

IBL is known by many names, including Cooperative Education, the Sandwich Year and a Work Integrated Learning placement.
