ICT Exchange Programs
Exchange Programs
Swinburne is proud of its history of providing a range of ways for Swinburne students to have an overseas experience while studying. It's a valuable experience that provides students with the opportunity to learn another language, enhance existing skills or try something new. For whatever reason a student decides to go on exchange, one thing is certain, everyone gains a fresh perspective.
There are broad choice of countries students can experience with one of our partner institutions, and scholarships to help support getting there (and back!).
Available exchange programs include:
International Exchange
Spend one or two semesters studying overseas at one of our partner institutions. There are a range of scholarships students can access to help pay for some or all of the travel costs.
Electives Plus @ Sarawak
For four weeks during Winter Term a group of students will have the opportunity to fast track their degrees by studying an elective at Swinburne's Sarawak campus in Malaysia.
Future Leaders Program
Future Leaders Program is a two-week study tour to China with an exciting opportunity for you to explore leadership concepts in an international context. Activities will include industry visits, seminars and meetings with government officials.
Scholarships
There are a range of scholarships available to students to help support some or all exchange related expenses.
In 2011, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies have specific ICT Exchange scholarships. These scholarships are only available to ICT students who are choosing to undertake a study abroad with an overseas partner University in 2011.
If you are considering exchange in 2011 there are a number of other scholarships available to assist your overseas study needs.
