Photoluminescence Studies of Semiconductor Nanostructures

Time integrated and time resolved photoluminescence are used to quantify the energy structure
of delta doped quantum wells and the structural modifications of intermixed quantum wells. Relaxation and recombination
in the different quantum well structures and quantum dots on a femtosecond time scale will be discussed.
