In Summary

‌A new partnership between the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) and the Flying Fruit Fly Circus (FFFC) will give students a clearer pathway between secondary and tertiary circus arts courses.‌

Recently signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the two parties will work ‌together closely, with the aim of providing a foundation and framework that supports young people to progress their circus arts training, education and future careers.

The partnership will also enable NICA and FFFC to create a diverse and high quality student experience, with additional performance opportunities for both groups. They will also share the cost and resources required for engaging international expertise and other joint projects.

NICA is a national arts training institute that offers Australia's only Bachelor of Circus Arts. The course is accredited by Swinburne University of Technology and is located in Prahran.
