In Summary

190 students have been offered places in Swinburne’s UniLink degree transfer programs in business, design, engineering and information technology through VTAC. This is a great result for students and Swinburne.

With a Guaranteed ATAR of 50, these 8-month pathway programs are equivalent to first-year uni and offer students who didn’t gain direct entry to a wide range of degrees an extra opportunity to get there. Another great success of UniLink is that it offers students more individual attention in smaller class sizes and with more contact hours. This means the transition to university from school is less pronounced, so students can be better prepared, as well as motivated, to commence the second year of their destination degree at the start of 2015.

All UniLink places are offered as CSP places to domestic students (unlike many competitor pathway diplomas), providing a significant fee saving.
