Dr Timothy Bednall
Expert in organisational behaviour and human resource management
Dr Timothy Colin Bednall is an internationally recognised scholar in the areas of organisational behaviour and human resource management. Dr Bednall’s more specific research areas include employee learning, innovation, and advanced research methodology (including systematic reviews and meta-analyses, multilevel and longitudinal research, and social network analysis). Dr Bednall is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing at Swinburne University. He is a registered psychologist with an area of practice endorsement in organisational psychology, and from 2015 to 2018 served as the National Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists. Dr Bednall has a great passion for linking research and practice, helping individuals and organisations make informed decisions based on the best evidence available.
