In this Positive Leadership short course, you'll learn a set of techniques that use positive psychology to bring out the best in others.  
 
Discover the benefits and qualities of positive leadership, including the mindset and communication methods required to create sustainable positive environments in the workplace. 
 
You'll be introduced to seven leadership behaviours that build positivity within teams. As part of the training, you will build your own positive leadership strategy which can be applied to your workplace.

This course is designed for leaders and managers who want to create better outcomes for their organisation using positive psychology techniques.

You'll need to complete a Strength Profile Assessment before attending the workshop.

    Mechelle is a creative and skilful facilitator, having worked in learning and development for over 20 years. She has had a successful career in management positions for medium and large companies. She uses her experience in adult education and leadership and management to help leaders, managers and teams grow. Mechelle is also a Certified GENOS Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
