Overview

Managing People for Maximum Performance is a one-day short course that teaches you how to set standards, manage expectations, and optimise the potential of your employees so they can excel. 

A high percentage of new managers feel out of their depths, wishing they had more training before commencing the role.

We'll teach you recruitment approaches, feedback models and the tools to create an effective management roadmap so you can feel confident to lead a successful team. 

Upon completion, you'll have highly-scalable coaching skills that are applicable whether you're a two-person company, or part of a major conglomerate.
