Overview

The number of male CEOs still outnumber those who are women.

Research shows that men apply for a job after meeting only 60% of criteria, whereas women feel they need to meet 100%.

Empowering Women in the Workplace is a one-day short course designed to boost your confidence, empowering you to smash any unconscious beliefs that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

We look at the role of power and influence in the workplace, as well as a series of nature and nurture issues to overcome; including imposter syndrome, unconscious bias, and perfectionism.
