Booking Space on Campus

Open and enclosed areas can be booked for use by Swinburne staff and internal organisational units.


Teaching Related Bookings

Teaching related adhoc bookings are those which are an extension of a scheduled teaching activity, for example, a catch up class, or a student testing session.

Make a Request

Please note, casual bookings can take 3-4 business days to process and are subject to change due to priority of scheduled teaching activities.

Non-Teaching Related Bookings

Non-teaching related adhoc bookings are those which do not correspond to a teaching activity. For example, seminars, department meetings, Swinburne Student Amenities Association group activities. These can be booked by submitting the Space Booking Request form.

  • For ITS support please contact the ITS team on servicedesk@swin.edu.au or 9214 5000.

  • If you are serving food outdoors, please obtain a Streatrader statement of trade and send it to timetable@swin.edu.au

  • We ask that requests are received at least one week prior to the requested event date.

  • For meetings and small groups not requiring teaching resources, please consider booking a room via Outlook. For further information regarding booking meeting rooms, please refer to ITS Reference Guides.
