Human Resource Management

The Graduate Certificate of Commerce (Human Resource Management) is delivered through classes, workshops, online participation and assessment.

You may have the option to study part-time or full-time.

Each subject consists of two hours class time per week (over 12 weeks) and a one day weekend workshop.

The Graduate Certificate of Commerce (Human Resource Management) is made up of four units:

• Recruitment and Selection
• Human Resource Development
• Performance and Reward Management
• Employee Relations

The units are usually studied on a part-time basis with the choice of studying one or two units each semester. There may also be the option to study all four units full-time in one semester.

You must complete all four units successfully to progress into the Graduate Diploma of Commerce (Human Resource Management).
