About the facilitator: Dr Richard Chambers is an internationally acclaimed expert in mindfulness. He is the author of three books, numerous research articles in peer-reviewed journals and regularly features in mainstream TV, radio and print media. He helped to develop Smiling Mind, a free smartphone and web app with over 3 million downloads. Dr Chambers is a successful consulter to a number of businesses, educational institutions, sporting and community organisations around the world. He works with leading universities and schools around Australia, embedding mindfulness in curriculum, teaching and learning.
