Although registrations have been strong and accommodation is filling up, we have decided to extend the
Earlybird Registration deadline to Wednesday 7 April to encourage more participants to register early. All
the indications are for an outstanding conference.

The completed form can be either

When booking accommodation and making travel plans, please remember that the optional Great Barrier Reef trip
is on Satrurday 31 July. The block bookings that have been made include the Saturday night.
One night's accommodation (at your first preference) must be paid when booking via the registration form,
except for the Mantra Esplanade, who require the full accommodation amount to be paid when booking.
Payment options include:
• credit card (by filling in details on the form),
• cheque (in $AUS) payable to ICAP 2010
• Paypal (below) using credit card or bank transfer.

For convenience, the payment is treated using the Paypal donation option. (This allows you to enter the
amount appropriate for you). You can then pay via your own Paypal account, or follow the prompts if you don't have one.
