Copy Receipt Request
You can request copies of previously issued receipts for payment of tuition fees only.
Please note the following guidelines:
- Your request will not be processed unless the address supplied is current and matches the address that has been supplied to Swinburne. If you have changed postal or email address and have not notified Swinburne, you must do so now via Current Students.
- Receipts are not issued for BPAY payments as these are available on your bank statements.
- Incorrect or incomplete requests will not be processed.
Requests take approximately 3 business days to be processed. Once processed, the receipts will be emailed to you.
