  • Describe processes by which an organisation ensures that it achieves and maintains all dimensions of compliance and governance
  • Explain how an organsiation manages its internal business processes
  • Demonstrate appropriate conduct and business etiquette in an aviation environment
  • Interpret the intent of a contract to make informed business decisions
  • Translate essential aviation legal and regulatory language into plain English
