Aims and objectives

This unit introduces the application of digital content management tools to create and manage flexible and dynamic web experiences across all customer-facing touchpoints. This is vital to reaching consumers in a networked economy with a view to making the technology transparent to customer experiences.

Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
1. Create dynamic digital applications within a content management system.
2. Model web content with channel-neutral and channel-specific variations.
3. Assess approaches to delivering digital content across a broad range of devices, regions and marketing channels.
4. Construct and deliver online marketing campaigns offering targeted digital assets.
5. Justify strategies and recommendations for adding value to content via metadata and tag implementation.
