Aims and objectives

In this unit students develop and present their first specialty act under the guidance of current specialty industry practitioners for presentation before an audience. The presentation is the culmination of high level skills and knowledge. Students analyse and critique their technical and creative practice in an exegesis.


Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
1. Develop and present their first specialty skill before an audience.
2. Demonstrate paraprofessional training practices including preparation and injury management.
3. Analyse and critique their technical and creative practice in an exegesis.
4. Articulate and introduce their first specialty in oral form.
