Students will undertake topics that include patterns, utilising CLI and development tools, migration and integration of applications, event-driven microservices and the use of containers.

Unit Learning Outcomes (ULO)

Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:

1. Articulate the differences between varieties of software application architectures
2. Describe how to use the various cloud-based development tools and application services
3. Design, build and deploy cloud-based applications using cloud-based development tools and application services.
4. Define serverless computing and analyse serverless computing frameworks
5. Design, build and deploy a variety of serverless applications utilising remote interactions
