Aims and objectives

This unit of study aims to develop your skills and knowledge using computer tools including CAD, Civil3D, Microsoft Excel and SpaceGass.
 
Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
1. Generate civil engineering drawings to industry standards using CAD and Civil3D. (K2, K3, S1, A2)
2. Conduct engineering calculations using Microsoft Excel. (K2, K3, S1).
3. Analyse simple structural problems using SpaceGass. (K2, K3, S1).
