The constant nature of workplace change has many employees suffering fatigue and feeling overwhelmed. Organisations need to adjust to the reality of constant change and develop more agile cultures that support staff through the commonplace activity of change.
This Leading Teams Through Change short course provides you with the skills to lead and manage a team through organisational change. You will be able to develop and adopt change leadership styles, and apply communication skills to respond to change resistance.
While change is complex, there are simple ways you can improve the experience for your teams – and increase the resilience of your staff to the overall process. In this course, you will learn some of the basics about human motivation, how to engage people in change and how to counter resistance. More importantly, you'll discover how to communicate with people as they progress through their own transition.
