This workshop is aimed at helping to develop strong, positive relationships with your team, colleagues, management and customers. Your ability to develop effective relationships in your workplace are reliant on a number of skills, including your communication style; how you build trust and confidence; how you network with others; and how you manage difficulties in workplace relationships.
These are skills that form the basis of your interactions and allow you start developing your leadership style within your organisation.
