The Human Resource Management major focuses on how to successfully manage people, create a productive working environment and build a positive workplace culture.

You will gain skills in core areas such as organisational behaviour, industrial relations, diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace, performance management and innovation, international HR management, employee health and wellbeing, data-driven decision making and evidence-based management.

Real examples and strong industry input will prepare you for the many career opportunities in this large and growing employment area.

This Human Resource Management major is professionally accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

The Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Business offers students a general understanding of contemporary social and cultural developments through a range of study areas, as well as a strong understanding of the business world. Students develop analytical, communication and research skills designed to facilitate their personal and professional development.
