A key skill for any manager is the ability to communicate effectively with their team, both verbally and in writing.
This course will help you to identify the correct context for all communication and will develop your skills so that you can communicate in a positive and appropriate way. You will learn processes which will enable you to record and monitor your communications to ensure that follow up actions and a process of continuous improvement can be incorporated into your leadership communication.
