Communicate with Influence
Communication is a fundamental skill in our society. In the workplace, we communicate to present ideas, seek clarification, influence others, propose solutions and form relationships.
This course focuses on how managers can use initiative and judgement to organise themselves and plan, co-ordinate and evaluate the work of their teams. Communicate with Influence will improve your skills and influence in the following three areas:
- Negotiation: learn how to prepare a negotiation and deal with some of the different styles of negotiation.
- Presentations: learn how to captivate your audience by delivering presentations that are interesting and convey messages in a powerful way
- Meetings: learn how to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of what is communicated at meetings and how meetings are run

This course is designed for professionals who want to build their communication skills so that they can deliver and present information in a clear, and confident way. It applies to managers and leaders who identify, analyse, synthesise and act on information from a range of sources, and who deal with unpredictable problems.
