Are you confident that your conversations about BIM are built on solid understanding?
Are you seeking pragmatic and context-driven answers to what BIM means for you and your work?
2 Days to BIM is designed for people working in the AECO industry and want to quickly get up to speed on the purpose, application, structures and jargon of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Engineering (DE). Our goal is to arm you with the knowledge and language of BIM and DE and better understand its impacts.
BIM adoption across the industry is often described as inevitable but for many businesses the opportunities and pathways are still unclear. In 2020, the AS ISO 19650 BIM standards in combination with the developing Victorian Digital Asset Strategy have set the scene for a galvanised approach in our industry to managing and delivering BIM. It's time to prepare.
Who should attend?
Applicants are welcome from all areas of the building and infrastructure industry including design and engineering consultancy, construction and trades, owners and facilities managers, project managers and many other related professions.
We encourage people in positions of influence in their business or organisation to attend: management, client facing, decision makers, policy makers and influencers.
