The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Professional) includes a mandatory 12-month paid work placement. You'll benefit from Swinburne’s unique industry partnerships, gain invaluable full-time work experience and earn credit towards your degree.

Selected major: Electrical and Power Systems

Master the basic engineering principles underlying electrical and electronic engineering with an emphasis on electronic and micro-controllers-based design, operation and control of electrical machines, power system generation and distribution, systems modelling, automation and control.

This course has been replaced by the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours).
