The Human Resource Management major focuses on how to successfully manage people, create a productive working environment and build a positive workplace culture.

You will gain skills in core areas such as organisational behaviour, industrial relations, diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace, performance management and innovation, international HR management, employee health and wellbeing, data-driven decision making and evidence-based management.

Real examples and strong industry input will prepare you for the many career opportunities in this large and growing employment area.

This Human Resource Management major is professionally accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

In the Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) (Honours) / Bachelor of Business students gain an understanding of fields such as power system design, electronics, control systems, signal processing and embedded systems. You may be able to apply your skills and understanding in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of electronics and electrical energy infrastructure. Your business studies are designed to give you a competitive edge in the workforce and expand your opportunities into future management roles.
