To qualify for the award of the Bachelor of Circus Arts, graduates must complete 300 credit points comprising 24 compulsory units.
The contact hours in the Bachelor of Circus Arts are higher than other degrees because of the intensive education process. The acquisition and performance of circus skills require continual repeated practice in order to achieve and maintain the level of fitness, conditioning, strength and technical expertise required to meet international standards of excellence.
NICA's three-year Bachelor of Circus Arts incorporates a two-year Associate Degree of Circus Arts. Students are eligible to graduate with an Associate Degree of Circus Arts after successful completion of years one and two. Students must complete all subjects to complete the degree.
