The Master of Business Administration (International) (Global Leadership Program) offers students two professionally recognised master degrees in two years from two high-ranking institutions: a Master of Business Administration (International) from Swinburne and a Master of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University in Boston, USA.
The program provides opportunities for people to develop their capability to navigate uncertainty, change and turbulence in the environments in which their organisations operate. Students gain skills in strategy, leadership, innovation, ethics and social responsibility.
The program is delivered in Melbourne via a combination of face-to-face and online delivery modes. Students also have the opportunity to undertake part of the program at Northeastern, subject to application and visa requirements.

Course description
The Master of Business Administration (International) (Global Leadership Program) is part of the unique Global Leadership Program offering students the opportunity to gain two professionally recognised master qualifications in two years from two high-ranking institutions: one from Swinburne University of Technology, and the other from Northeastern University, Boston, USA.
Course structure
Students complete eight units of study from the Swinburne Master of Business Administration (International) and eight units of study from the Northeastern Master of Science in Leadership.
Upon successful completion of all 16 units of study (200 credit points), subject to prerequisite requirements, students will be awarded:

- Master of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University (NU)

Aims and objectives
Students who successfully complete the Master of Business Administration (International) (Global Leadership Program) will be able to:
- apply coherent and advanced knowledge of business concepts in global leadership contexts and applications using critical thinking
- apply problem solving, design and decision-making methodologies to identify and provide innovative solutions to complex global leadership problems with intellectual independence
- apply business fundamentals to the analysis, design and operation of a business model using appropriate leadership and entrepreneurial methods and tools, applied in a variety of local and global contexts
- communicate proficiently in professional practice to a variety of audiences both local and global, function as an effective member or leader of a diverse team, and use the basic tools and practices of business within project work to provide leadership to global operations
- demonstrate professionalism, integrity, ethical conduct, professional accountability and a deep awareness of professional practices in a global and sustainable leadership context
- apply knowledge of research principles and methods to plan and execute a piece of research with some independence as preparation for research higher degrees
