- compare key concepts relating to housing and homelessness management, policy and administration
- distinguish problem-solving, organisational and management skills in the specialised areas of social housing and homelessness assistance
- appraise debates about policy and program reforms in the housing and homelessness domain
- evaluate processes of organisational change and evaluate implications for client and housing outcomes
- display practical skills in tenancy and property management particularly in relation to complex client issues and homelessness
- elaborate on client value based management culture in the delivery of housing assistance.

- bachelor degree in humanities, social science, business, architecture, property management or planning or
- five years work experience* in social housing, human services, planning, property management or real estate industries.
