Swinburne's Graduate Certificate of Aviation prepares you for aviation management and leadership roles with a focus on aviation safety behaviours. This human factors in aviation course is primarily for those currently involved in aviation looking to upgrade their skills in human factors in aviation management at a tertiary level.

Develop your understanding of human factors in aviation accidents along with aviation industry fundamentals. Look at how human factors and advanced technology interrelate, and learn how aviation safety reporting can impact safety in operational teams. Gain an understanding of the issues facing the industry and develop clear and coherent communication skills, vital for undertaking professional roles across aviation safety.

This postgraduate course provides you with
aviation human factors training that can form the basis for further study or lead to roles within aviation management, such as airline or airport manager, flight or ground operator, and aviation safety authority.
