The Diploma of Legal Services has been developed in consultation with industry to meet the need for advanced-level workers in legal administration. Students learn about legislation, regulations and codes of practice relevant to areas such as family law, criminal law, property law and corporation law. Students may complete a work placement. Graduates will be prepared to use a range of specialised, technical and managerial skills to plan and carry out work in a legal context.
