You’ll learn about HR services, performance management systems and workforce planning. You’ll also tackle electives that cover remuneration and employee benefits, mediation and industrial relations, project management and organisational change.
This course is ideal for students who have previous technical qualifications, experience in an HR role or substantial experience in a non-HR role, or who want to advance their careers with additional skills in HR management.
You’ll graduate ready to enter the workforce in an HR capacity or go on to further study. This course could lead you to roles such as human resources adviser, human resources and change manager, human resources consultant, and human resources manager.
