The Certificate IV in Social Housing is designed for those wanting to support people who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
Delivered face-to-face and online, this course helps students develop the skills and knowledge to work effectively in delivering social housing services and support.
Upon completion, graduates will have the practical skills and knowledge to work in accommodation support, community housing resources, early intervention homelessness, youth housing support and more.Please note: This course will not be offered in 2021. 12 months Workplace or Employer delivery (for those currently employed in the housing or homelessness sector). Workplace or Employer delivery is online and supported with compulsory monthly Saturday workshops at Hawthorn campus

- Fees, entry requirements and non-year 12 entry.

Entry requirements
- Workplace or employer model (for those already working in the housing or homelessness sector)
- At least 12 months experience working in the housing and/or homelessness sector. Submit your current resume/CV.
- Currently employed in the sector for a minimum of 21 hours per week. Submit a letter from your current employer on company letterhead substantiating work experience, current employment role, duration and number of hours per week worked
