Course description
This Certificate IV in Disability is ideal for those who want to work with people with disabilities in a range of services in both residential and community-based settings.
You'll gain the skills and knowledge required to assist in empowering people with disabilities to be more independent, and participate in community and recreational activities, whilst ensuring a client-centred approach.
Study areas include person-centred practice; facilitating community participation; recognising healthy body systems; and, legal and ethical compliance.
