The people and culture stream of the Certificate IV in Business develops your understanding of how large organisations manage their most valuable resource – their people.
You’ll learn about human resource services, industrial relations procedures and how to develop disability-inclusive recruitment practices.When you graduate, you’ll be prepared to work as a human resource management officer, sales assistant, student services officer or administration assistant. You’ll also be prepared to advance your studies through a Bachelor of Business or diploma of Human Resource Management.
